| Dr. Trevor L. Hawkins. Chairman and CEO. Dr. Hawkins has built a career in the life science and healthcare industry holding several high profile commercial and technical roles. Prior to joining Progentech, he was CEO of Royal Philips Molecular Healthcare business and has also been the CEO of GE's Molecular Diagnostics business. Prior to his move into the commercial sector, Dr Hawkins was Director of the Joint Genome Institute, the US DOE's Human Genome Program. While an Assistant Professor at the Whitehead Institute, Dr. Hawkins invented SPRI, the magnetic particle approach that is the basis for much of the developments in the field over the past ten years. |

Steve Yu Founder, President and COO. |
| Steve is the founder of Progentech Limited and is now serving as the President and COO. Steve served as the Chairman of the Board and CEO at Progentech from May 2005 to March 2008. He is the primary inventor of the close-loop cassette technologies that are currently used on the company’s NAP platform products. Prior to Progentech, Steve worked at various startup companies in both high-tech and Bio-tech industries with over 15 years of experiences. Steve founded Yustek Solution, a system electronic design consulting firm in Silicon Valley. Steve also held a range of system design project management and engineering positions with Cepheid working on the GeneXpert platform. Prior to Cepheid, Steve was a senior system architect & project manager at 3Com. Steve also held a number of senior engineering positions with SAN Valley System, Cypress Semiconductor, ICWorks, Chrontel, and NASA. Steve earned his BS degree in Electrical Engineering & Mathematic from San Jose State University. |

| David is the VP of engineering in Progentech since April in 2008. David came back to China from United States in 2001 and has since founded or co-founded 3 companies in China and worked as senior management roles for the past 7 years. In 2003, David founded Chipnuts Technology that specializes in IC design for mobile and consumer electronics. Chipnuts has grown to become the leading multimedia IC provider to Chinese manufacturers with over 250 employees. Prior to coming back to China in 2001, David worked for various senior engineering roles at SAN Valley System, COM21, Philips, Avaya for over 10 years period in Silicon Valley area. David earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University, California. |

Joe Tian Managing Partner. DT Capital |
| Joe is a founding partner of DT Capital Partners. As the former Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director at DragonTech Ventures, Joe served as board of directors of several companies including MeMeStar, acquired by Sina (NASDAQ: SINA) in 2003 and became Sina Mobile. Prior to that, Joe was an investment consultant at Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan, mainly responsible for corporate finance and M&A in greater China. He also worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and practiced 5 years of engineering consulting in the US. Joe received an MBA degree from the Wharton School and Master and Bachelor degrees in engineering from Bradley University and Chongqing University respectively. Joe was elected as “Top 10 Investment Manager” by Zero2IPO in 2003, “Top 50 Most Influential People in Mobile Game Industry” by DownJoy in 2006, “Top 10 Most Influential PE Investor” at the China Beijing International High-Tech Expo in 2007, "China's Top Ten Media Investors" at China Media Investment Annual Conference in 2008. |

Min Cui Venture Partner. Bay City Capital |
| Min Cui, PhD, has been with Bay City Capital since October 2006 and currently focuses on evaluating investment opportunities for the firm. Dr. Cui founded / co-founded two biotech companies in the US, as well as a pharmaceutical company in China. Most recently, he was Director of Strategic Investment Planning for Southern Research Institute, an organization that has discovered and developed six anti-cancer drugs approved by the FDA. Dr. Cui served as Chief Scientific Officer of Pan Pacific Pharmaceuticals from 1998-2002 and of Huanuo Biopharmaceuticals from 2003-2005. In these positions, he led efforts in evaluating and acquiring several key technologies in the fields of oncology, infectious, and inflammatory diseases. He received his PhD in Cancer Biology from Stanford University, and a BS in Molecular Biology from Peking University. |
