Progentech Limited, Inc was formed in June of 2005 by technology and marketing veterans from the Silicon Valley with a mission to deliver highly integrated and fully automated instrumentation to address the demands effectively. Initially funded by China based Angel investors, the company obtained its first institutional funding in March 2008 with an injection of $21M from US and China based VC’s.
The company’s first product, the Entura 328 was launched in late 2007 in China and has already gained ground. The company is now selling this and other products and services via distributors and direct channels in Asia.
With offices in the Silicon Valley, Shanghai, and Suzhou, Progentech is well positioned to be a global leader in life sciences and clinical diagnostics.
